Adex
I'd personally drain the fluid rather than trust the cling film for however long you'll have the calipers off. You never know how it'll react to the brake fluid. You might come out to your car to find it sitting in 4 puddles! That and any leakage might knacker the finish on your wheels... Maybe combine the cling film method with the nuts & bolts through the banjo-bolts method.
Jim881
Cheers adex, The car will be sitting on jacks till I am done and getting the wheels refurbed at the same time. Just a question. Do normal prefacelift brakelines have banjo fits?
Adex
Yep, pretty much all cars/bikes do, not just celicas. Apart from daiwoo's, kia's, rover's or anything french, cos their brakes are made of cardboard & sellotape. Edited March 2, 2012 by Adex

Monkey Boy 1
if you want to clamp the pipe I would not use the clamp straight onto the pipe as in the photo shown earlier. sharp corners can cut into the pipe and split it. I would get the narrow nosed version and slide a socket over each jaw, Thar way you have a rounded / radiused edge which contacts the rubber pipe.
