razor2812
i have just had my new front splitter sprayed and plan to put it on the car shortly, however when faffing with the car today i noticed the radiator grills are badly corroded and crumbling, so i thought it may be a good idea to change radiator when i remove the old splitter. but there seems to be a vast difference in price on some i have looked at, ranging from around £50 - £200. also may replace hoses, but dont want to Pay £55+ for silicone hoses, where can i get the std ones. i have a 03 t sport with a/c. can anyone advise. nthnmunky
What's wrong with the original hoses? I'd say around £100 is about the right price for a rad and they can be got from eBay pretty easily. If you do need hoses then the silicon ones will be as cheap as the OEM ones from Toyota most likely lol.
razor2812
gonna check hoses when i take front splitter off, and change rad, they may be ok, but just looking at prices if they do need replacing.
razor2812
my rad is looking in a poor state so was thinking of replacing but, prices seem to vary a lot, there are a few out there at around £55.00 and seen one from japspeed for £117.00. are these cheaper ones any good? GTsillycar
I bought an alloy rad from 2fast2cool on ebay. Cost about £60 but bottom locating pegs were in the wrong place so had to fabricate some brackets. Apart from that, lovely rad at a great price

Kobir
came across a aluminium radiator on ebay for £100 and £15 p+p, was told by se7en that these radiators are top stuff and that the guys who have supercharged celica's have them fitted on their cars with no problems so maybe worth looking into
JnrGT
This is where I got mines from after hitting a badger in January and busting my old one; http://www1.fastrads.co.uk/radiators/toyota/celica/celica2/index.html Great service and cheap I see no point in buying a more expensive option unless ur car is modified.
