Chris Its the listings that DONT state that their deactivated you want to be looking at - their more likely to turn up as live ones or just ask the seller as its illegal to sell live ones in the UK so they wont state it otherwise it will attract unwanted attention Also it will be listed as used anyway as in 'second hand', theres no new ones being brought into the UK obviously.
