    I had BC coilovers on mine,they were fine..infact i had them set to soft when i first put them on..

    I think he has just replaced pads front and rear ,also brake hoses,it could well be a leak?

    The plastic primer is quite thin,need to do light coats,and let it tack of inbetween..
