  1. On 17x8 buddy Here you go... Tyres stick out a fair bit, but it's the correct size for the car.
  2. You need to blend it in like you said. if you just mask a square, you'll end up with a raised square when you take the tape off. sand about 8 inches round your repair with 1500 before you spray, then it will blend in when you wetsand it all and polish up. make sure you use a very high build primer after your filler, if you're just using rattle cans then go to halfords and get the filler primer with the yellow lid. it's pretty good stuff but needs to be put on in very light coats or it cracks, and needs to be block sanded afterwards. block sanding is very important in all sanding stages or it'll look lumpy
  3. I have 235/40/17 on an 8 inch rim and they're within 0.1% of the standard rolling radius on the st205, not sure if it'd be the same on the gen7?
  4. They're Rays wheels I think, I've got a set and they have the same markings by the valve cap. Hope that helps! Oh yeah just noticed the RAYSENG at the top, defo mate They seem far too sexy to drive about with everyday, what about a dark bronze? I can imagine those getting fucked within days
  5. i've used pure methanol on sikaflex before and it works an absolute treat. however, sikaflex contains isocyanates and when I mixed the two together i got a nice smell of almonds rising up. I hope I didn't create any cyanide compounds on it
  6. 3s-ge with variable valve timing I think
  7. sounds like the exhaust is hitting something, go and give the backbox a damn good wobble and check to see if the mounts are ok
  8. Not a fan of the old TT, the new ones are tasty though
  9. 65 litres I think! well that's what the st185 tank is. I dunno if i can tell anything. Car feels slower, probably cos I have a full tank of fuel for once. Seems to smell a bit when parked up, hopefully that's all the crap being burnt away! Boost seems to rise a little easier and progressive though? Could be cleaning crap from the wastegate or something
  10. Got my order today, bunged it in on empty at the petrol station and went to fill up to the brim. chickened out at 78 quid, it just didn't slow down will this still be alright?
  11. Got to, going to uni, so no chance i'll be able to run it Realised i'm going nowhere ATM so time to do something about it! Although I keep buying scratch cards in the hope I'll get 10 grand which should allow me to run it for another year
  12. Seen ones on gt4oc go for 500 quid? I think anyway, that could be complete arse. Or save up and buy mine in september when I have to sell it
  13. Well ordered some anyway, cheers boss!
  14. How You Can Verify It Works Too – Our Challenge to You… If the own a petrol vehicle then before adding the contents to your tank of fuel, remove one of the spark plugs from the engine and shine a torch down the spark plug hole. You will notice that the top of the piston is black and coated with a carbon build-up. Similarly, the valves and other parts of the internal intake system are likely to be in a similar condition (see images below). Now add BG 44K® to a full tank of fuel (BG 244® for diesels) and drive the car normally. The carbon will start to dissolve and will be removed through the normal engine combustion process. The Challenge…. After you are 1/3 of the way through that tank of fuel, remove the spark plug again and shine a torch down the spark plug hole and re-check the condition of the top of the piston. You will notice that much of the carbon is removed and that you will clearly see signs of a cleaner piston and without deposits. After 1/2 to 3/4 of tank of fuel, all you will see is a clean piston with no carbon deposits. We were even able to read the part/serial number on the top of the pistons in our test vehicles! Not only does it thoroughly clean the entire fuel system but it also removes all carbon deposits. Anyone try this? Sounds too good to be true! Is there any chance this could knacker seals and the like?
  15. I'll take a can off you too
  16. Excellent, I have an apexi power intake fitted, good to know it hasn't been sucking in crap for years
  17. Mother has a Fiesta Black or something, that's a nice little car I reckon! Quite nippy up to 50mph too.
  18. You have the numberplate? Write to DVLA, they'll give you the details of where the car is registered. For an extortionate fee of course..
  19. I think white looks awesome on all colours, silver being a bit hit and miss though. Depends on the car.
