  10. My Pioneer AVIC X1 has broken so time for a new unit. Any recommendations? Not sure whether I want to stick with a single DIN (motorised screen) or go with a double din. Admittedly the motorised screens do look cool when you start the engine. Features I need are iPod, sat nav & bluetooth. I'd also like some engine stats (intake temp, mpg, rpm etc) but presume I would need some sort of in-car pc for this?
  11. You hit the nail on the head! I just can't justify spending 4-5k on a car that I won't get back when it comes to selling. I do see munky's point about doing it for yourself & I would no doubt love every drive but in my eyes spending the cash on a new car that is already FI'd makes more sense to me.
  12. I only started this thread for friendly suggestions, not to offend anyone. Just to be clear, my budget isn't 3k. I suppose I would be prepared to spend up to 15k on my next car.
  13. Thanks for all the responses. Some nice cars there. Problem is some of them look old inside or out (s15, Fiat Coupe). The thing I love about the Celica is it still looks modern today...so I would love to drop a turbo or supercharger in my current car. Problem is though, that's 3k (correct me if I'm wrong) that I'll never get back when it comes to selling. What are your opinions?
  14. After driving my mates '58 BMW 123d, lift just doesn't cut it for me anymore ;-) So, any recommendations?
