    Cheers again monkey I got a price off Ecp at £12 all in each and gsf are £10 each all in with vat so tcb are they genuine parts they supply at they hav quoted £25 for both all in.

    Right someone one here said to me that the track rod ends are the same for the above engines....can't think who but mine's an import and was hoping someone can confirm what I got told and they also said Euro car parts supply them but when I rang they sed ooo we don't recognize the reg so cud I borrow someone's uk 3sge the pls? :-)

    Ok here's my other as I cudnt find if someone had started it...again which parts are swappable between the above gens and an almost straight swap.

    Ok so I've seen another thread about interchangeable parts between earlier gens so which ones are swappable between the above gens and probably best for almost straight swaps. Hit me with what u know people and unless someone has dun it I'm guna do a gen 5/6 one.

    Get her jacked up and see if the wheel spins free....sounds like a possible binding and warped disc...also check the simple things like tyre pressures and after a run check for heat at the front wheels.. Sorry ment to say binding caliper and warped disc.

    Does anyone know anything about the colour patches you can get from Toyota or what they are properly called as I'm guna eventually get a stick on plate to go above where the number plate currently sits and wanted to pur the patches over the holes where the jdm plate holder used to sit..

    Sorted cheers pal :-D rad change and sort that plug today oo and I desperately need a driver's side front single pot caliper as mine isn't retracting properly so is binding and don't hav another car to use while I refurb mine :-(

    Well last weekend I got pulled by the cops for 75 in a 50 but only for a second he said....he didn't say a word about my loud exhaust but did say 'are those back lights legal?' to which I replied yes they hav passed an mot..which is true then he asked are they standard from the factory to which I boldly replied yes they are :-D and he told me to slow down and off u go...that was greater Manchester police and he was in an unmarked bmw so u was trying to be quiet :-/ I not u...
