  2. so do you guys think it will replace vpower pumps with this one ?
  3. aparently its 102 ron so its setup for high performance cars , some say that it will replace the original vpower pump but others say there will be a third pump lol and if there is something how much extra would it cost per litre hmm...
  4. will it buff out mate ? fecking idiots out there , some people just dont care
  5. haha love the fake engine and the not so good gear selector on the outisde it looks pretty good but inside i just dont know hmmm
  6. the place i got mine was from coolparts (and delivery only took about two days after ordering
  7. well it worked fantastic for his 1st attempt on a japanese machine lol
  8. so which radiator did you for in the end mate ? as for the bleeding process me and my mechanic looked it over and what we did was before we put the airbox assembly back again we kept it so the coolant bottle was higher than the engine , made sure heater was on full on the dial and kept pouring it in in short bursts and hung the bottle from the bonnet clasp no problems ,no gurgling etc
  9. here you go mate , i had one of these fitted to mine a week ago and they are good so far : http://www.ebay.co.u...984.m1438.l2649 take a look here to whats involved : http://www.celica-cl...e__hl__pheasant i checked with ams first but he only had slightly used ones and i prefered a newer one so thats the one i got fitted
  10. yep thats good so as long as you get the correct fitment thread (ie the actual car model) everythings great
  11. yep i know a few have had those kind but i was looking for something a bit different lol , ive always had chrome (i know its cold in winter) am i riht in saying that the type has to be just a screw version and not one for lift up reverse im not really worried if i can get one with six speed as once you master gearing you will always know which gear to use ..
  12. haha got ya guys , i do like from the top but i agree not the best looking from the side
  13. silver : http://www.ebay.co.u...=item2a2755357b red http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SATIN-6-speed-RED-gear-shift-knob-TOYOTA-MR2-mk3-Celica-Gen7-ZZW30-ZZT230-99-06-/181048515734?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2a27551c96 and they do in blue as well : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SATIN-6-speed-BLUE-gear-shift-knob-TOYOTA-MR2-mk3-Celica-Gen7-ZZW30-ZZT230-99-06-/170962666804?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item27ce2b4534
  14. im hoping to change my rear to one like myks soon as they do look really good to the normal plate
  15. no worries i checked the manual and you have to twist toward the body and pull out
  16. so what would you guys suggest would be the best thing to bung the pipe up with as im going to try the mod when i get a performance panel filter , i was thinking how about a screw with a head on it so it wont go up the tube.
  17. http://www.celicahobby.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/topics/18933/Intake-Butterfly-How-To-Remove.html
  18. ok i will do that in that order , i know we had a set of tri lock type but the metal socket must of been made out of ice cream lol as it just wouldnt sit on the areas in should to unlock , i think in the end my gf dad drilled into the bolt in the cente with a tap and die set i believe and thats how that was removed from a vx vectra if i can remember but the toyota ones do seem more stronger.also i checked lunchtime in the passenger rear compartment and i have a scissor jack but it seems bolted in how do you undo that as well (bloody japs lol ) its only because i was used to things like this rolling about in the cars lol
  19. yeah i always tighten the nuts up before and after the car has been placed down on the floor (cant be too careful )
  20. so has anybody really had any issues with removing the wheel nuts and are the bolts or nuts that undo from the wheel ? i did see in my car history literally every year the car has had new tyres all the time so i guess theye come undone now problem plus i also have a breaker bar sleeve for more leverage
  21. i will do kev i have looked again and they are standard type as i found there are two stainless steel caps over the locking nuts and the rest with the wrench attached to the board yep thats ingenius ive never seen any like that supplied for the car before already got two sets mate, trolley jack as well so dont worry safety is paramount lol
