Just had a search but can't seem to find that tyre profile unless you get it shipped from America... I've only found vivid racing selling them in that size. The tyre themselves are available in quite a few places but its just that specific profile

Have you tried looking in the side compartments of the boot? the jack should be on the left hand side, just behind a plastic panel if I remember correctly
