the petrol shouldn't do any damage as it shouldn't need to be on there long enough to the petrol works pretty instantly normally on the glue stick the petrol into a small spray bottle so you can control better where it goes

petrol will melt the glue and allow you to remove it with a plastic scraper

could do this so easy but dont think it would be fair to win another so soon

Derren may be a stupid idea but why not take the air box out then have a feed running on the inside of the bay over the top of the gear box and up that way could stick a direct in then as it should have enough angle with a filter in line should be enough to stop any chance of water getting up there

Lorries are down the sides not on the rear I think they are close enough to th rear you might have to turn them red in colour so they just look like an extra part of the rear lights and then have you amber indicators flashing in the middle

Have you tried plasticote bit more rubbery so stretches with the heat causing parts to swell and contract -
here you go a few pics this is where it connects to the throttle body the other hose connects to the top of the crank case just up behind it you just dissconnect the little hose that runs between the two and replace it with the new hoses and the catch can

mines connected into the crank case and the throttle body replacing the short pipe thats there stopping the oil building up in the throttle and keeping it nice and clear
