    you will need to set the tension yourself but like the ps one just tighten it until you can get half a twist out of it

    if i remember right you need to take the aux belt off first as the power steering belt is behind it

    did you have a good look at the belt and when was it last changed any signs of oil on it at all failing that it does sound like the pump might be on its way out so will need replacing

    take photo first so you know where to put the fuel needle back on at temp should just go back on at the place where you remove it from as in 0 rev counter start the car let it warm up and take a picture where the needle idles at then replace once done speedo leave front plastice cover off drive down the road and reset using your satnav speed setting

    Have you checked to make sure the smd is working by them

    get the smd bulbs in the same size much better light

    To tighten the belt you will need to get under the car lossen the two bolts that hold the pump in place and then lever it back away from the block and tighten the bolts back up I set mine so you can just twist the belt have a turn

    Would take the cap off the bottle and check it's upto the correct level often looks like there's more fluid than there actually is in then

    electric drill with wire brush attachment in it then put the drill into a vice on full then just maneuver the rocker across it to strip the old paint off

    there arnt any around bournemouth had to do a google search to find one thats even close 11 miles away might have to see if i can get over to it

    Turning the key to just before ignition will normally prime the pump if it's got enough in to pick it up
