  1. well the police deserve all they get thinking that they now right the rule books to their own satisfaction solicitor wont be cheap though unless your going to have a go at defending yourself

  4. i would go to the papers about it and say that the police seem to now have the powers to work outside the law and official guide lines and can make up their own rules on things
  5. they all plug in separately to a transformer box that you hide behind the dash somewhere which should also have a switch running to it so you can change from either blue or green
  6. if only you could get it to him he could have it done in a day 2 max the way he works hes a machine straight swop he could probably have it done in 12 hours

  8. one of the worst hills i know around there has to be the one outside the john nike ice rink the amount of cars i sore loose it coming down there when i worked there was a night mare until they opened up the road that comes through from the western i went with the ebc ultimax pads on mine will just watch for the bedding in coating to be warn off but seemed pretty good right out the blocks after fitting them

  11. if thats one of the hills either in birch wood or crown wood then im glad i didnt go for red stuff as those arnt two overly big hills and as you spend most of your time in traffic around bracknell in the mornings i wouldnt have thought your breaks even got to the point of getting hot do they
  12. mine had a 146,000 on the clock when i got her shes 21 years old and i bet his astra don't get to be that old and still in one piece ive just done the subtle look just to put my stamp on her
  13. ok might well be up for it but will have to see how it goes changing the gear box saturday then got the mot which is due before the 19th all going well might be able to make it
  14. think i would be laughed out of the place putting my little 182 up along side those gt4 booys lol i think if we could try to finds some dates then see what people think and get a list together so we know how many are up for it

  16. i think there was someone down around the guildford area that managed to sort out some sort of deal there before but cant find the thread about it i think j-pow is down that way might see if he can find out for us
  17. looking at that it looks like guilford or plymouth are my closest ones 70 plus mile drive either way to get to one surry rolling road is looking like the one for me £40 saturdays as well just want to know what the new engine is putting out now that its been run in
  18. anyone know anywhere near bournemouth that does dyno testing and if so any idea of price looking to get mine checked
  19. you have already rounded it off once so theres every chance a open ended spanner will do it again get hold of a ring spanner that way you could also try using a pry bar with it to give a little more liverage on it
  20. i would spray it with wd40 leave it over night then if its not totally rounded off get a ring spanner and try it that way this is why i only ever use ring spanners if i can get them on the nut of bolt less chance of rounding things off
  21. its not that bad to buy now no where near as expensive as it use to be and use it in conjunction with a paint brush it cleans really well but will need to wash off what ever you clean after with washing up liquid or something similar before painting
  22. wd40 also breaks down oil and grease used it to clean out the inside of the spare rocker cover i have
  23. might find it a bit hard to flyer a car thats doing about 50mph the other way unless we can get some with magnets on then just throw it like a frizby
  24. have noticed alot more around bournemouth recently to use to be lucky to see may be one other now seeing at least 3-4 a day when i go out but not seen any with club stickers yet
