  1. The pressure should be the same as stock regardless of tyre size fitted, don't confuse volume and pressure. The pressure is worked out on vehicle weight not tyre size. Put the stock recommendation in and then adjust as you see fit.
  2. "Fuck No" gets my vote, I don't even let people eat or drink in my car, bottled water for a long trip and maybe a bag of sweets as long as they're not chocolate or sticky and can be picked up quickly if dropped.
  3. Not including the cost of the car, £8k in around the 18 months I've owned it. I think out of all the running gear only the gearbox is original now though and the car is completely rust free.
  4. Currently I'm running 215/45/17 tyres, but I'm having a set of wheels refurbished and will put new 215/40/17 tyres on as it's closer to the stock size. Will give a nice bit of stretch to so I can get the wheels right up in the arches
  5. I have the mongoose system, it's a perfect fit as it has a slider section to adjust it so it sits over the rear subframe properly. For the money I doubt you'll find better new.
  6. You can buy complete units now. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOYOTA-CELICA-GT4-ST205-94-99-CRYSTAL-CLEAR-INDICATORS-/290535982203?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item43a54b447b To change just the lens, you need to put them in the oven and heat them up to melt the sealant. if you're quick you can fit the new lens while the old sealant is still hot and soft, if not then chuck them back in for a couple of mins then refit new lens.
  7. Posted on the OC as thats where i found some info that may help
  8. I remeber there being a thread about it on the OC, i'll see if i can dig it up...........
  9. I'm pretty sure there is one fuse for all of those systems, just can't remember which or where it is. As well as the ones under the bonnet there are some in the drivers side footwell I think.
  10. There are some old abandoned and derelict warehouses in Grays, about a 10 min drive from Thurrock Services. I'm fairy sure they are under security, but it may be possible to seek permission to use the site for a couple of hours?
  11. TBH the Toyota leads are top quality. Never known anyone to have issues with them but constantly hear of people having trouble with Magnacor leads.
