What alarm system have you got? My faff has a toad which has an output wired into to control the central locking controller. Sadly cant be much use to you as never fitted it.

At the end of the day there are many options out there, but if your happy with the 6 and could afford to insure it with a V6 then why not or there is always a put a 3sgte in there and make yourself a GT2. Also I wouldnt worry about loosing money whatever you do with the car market as it is you are very unlikly to get back what you pay for anything.

Depends which you look at, The faff is kept as a palace hate it looking messy plus it hardly gets used so there is no excuse not to keep it clean. On the other hand the 165 is a shed in more ways than one...

Im afraid cans are shite! You dont want to see too many bubbles in the window, You should see liquid when the compressor clutch is engaged and nothing when it is not. System wants properly vacuuming and then charging assuming that there are no leaks!

Air con on full! The process naturally draws the moisture out of the air. Put the heat on as well if possible rather than freeze to death. It shouldnt do much damage to the system if its on with the windows open just means the system has to work harder as you are trying to cool down the outside air too!

Only thing really is the stupid headlight surround rubber and keeping them in place!! Think I have just about managed it now with a good dose of window glue only time will tell. Oh and trying to keep the bloody thing clean, with my black roof with the slightest shower it looks filthy, even when it hasnt turned a wheel. Really Celica's especially faffs should come with a free garage.

You pay your money take your choice at the end of the day, but personally id go for a GT4 not just cause Ive got one either. One of my mates has got a 300zx TT its not a bad car dont get me wrong, but try and keep it on the road for a start he stuffed his up a curb one day just pulling into a junction, put his foot down and round she goes :rolleyes: and as for fuel hes lucky to get 18mpg out of it taking it steady!! It does not do corners and thats where the fun is to be had! Up to you.....
