  1. well the reply I received was : "Hi You are ok with one fob, but you require a PIN number to program it, do you know if you have this?" Unfortunately I cannot find this said PIN even though I've got the certificate of installation so I guessing i'm pretty much screwed without it
  2. I've emailed the seller my question, hopefully they can give the answer I'm hoping to hear
  3. Got a Cobra 7928 alarm system on the celica. However I only have 1 key fob which I'm sure the battery is nearly dead on and this one is very tatty. If I brought 1 of these : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/COBRA-CAR-ALARM-REMOTE-FOB-7777-CASE-PARTS-BRAND-NEW-/390327563502?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5ae155f4ee and 1 of these : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Cobra-car-alarm-remote-key-fob-model-7727-7777-/170662448037?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item27bc464ba5 Will I be able to program it with a single fob?
  4. Mines currently sitting on a bit over 220K km's, so whatever that is in miles.
  5. Most likely read 124 on the dials so was only really doing 112mph, I know mines still limited but who cares as it's only ever seen it once just to test if it was still on there!
  6. Looking nice and shiney Just a shame they get dirty again so quick!
  7. Sounds like a good deal, wonder if thats any cheaper than the trade discount I get only ever brought some bulbs as they didn't have the calipers when I needed them!
  8. I couldn't deal with the hassle so I just ordered mine from here : http://www.brakepartssuperstore.org.uk/contents/en-uk/d11440.html Then returned the old caliper back for the deposit.
  9. Well went in my local Toyota garage and the coolant was £15.27+VAT and £3.70+VAT no discount for club members so price was £18.32 for 5lt and £4.44 for 1lt. So it did work out cheaper than buying online. Total spent was £66.82 that was 5lt Toyota red coolant, 1lt Toyota red coolant, Thermostat, Thermostat gasket and a power steering belt. Was a little bit more than I was hoping but not too bad, just need to get the thermostat and belt fitted and change the coolant now.
  10. Thats where I was looking, but £32 for 5lt?? think I may be ordering online it thats what they'll be charging!! Thanks
  11. Just wondering if anyones been and brought any pre-mixed red coolant lately as to whether it's cheaper online delivered or cheaper straight from toyota? Looking online I can find 5lt + 1lt for £23.30 so is that cheaper or more expensive than walking in the garage??
  12. Well since it was nice I gave the car a quick clean and I had my phone in my pocket so thought it was about time I tried out the camera, have to say I think the pictures came out quite well. Much better than my old phone anyways : For those who was wondering they're shots taken on an HTC Desire HD
  13. Always fill mine right up, then run the the car for 3 weeks then fill up again - usually costs £55-£60. Glad I only do about 90-100 miles a week!
  14. Sealeys do a lot more different welders to the one you posted up, I know I send out enough of them every week. Pretty sure you can get a gas welder for about the same price as that gas-less one. Don't actually know bugger all about welders, don't even know the difference between MIG/TIG and ARC except for what boxes they come in http://www.justoffbase.co.uk/MiniMIG-Welder-130Amp-230V-Sealey-S0771 thats about the cheapest one i can think of - also they must be pretty well made as we send loads out but very rarely see those in for repair! Shame I cant set up a company and buy the stuff at my staff price then sell it on - would offer to buy you one at staff price but I wouldn't be allowed one as brought a Welder before Christmas for my dad and they only let you buy so much as it supposed to be for yourself/family or close friends for personal use.
  15. might be nothing wrong at all, did the car have a good 'thrashing' before testing as the Cats only work properly when fully warmed up
  16. Mine arrived today in mint condition - thanks to everyone who helped get it sorted especially UK Spider
