10 min job mate. Comes with 2 brackets and 3 bolts each side. You bolt the brackets on first then screw the spoiler across them It'll take you 10 mins. Love mine.
Cursory picture!
It's a very common fault on the gen 6. The level sensor just goes and then the alert plays up. You can buy a new one (expensive) or take the bulb out of the dash (cheap). Either way as long as you check the oil level regularly it won't be an issue.
I've imported about 5 or 6 GT4s. Take the FOB price and add about 50% to it to get the price off the boat here. So that 2K will be 3K before MOT etc. However - cars from Japan are generally kept in good nick compared to a similar aged car from the UK.
Personally I wouldn't do it right now as the exchange rate is so poor, but if you have your heart set on a good car, go for it!
No there is no cabin filter fitted as stock. As for the damp patch - if you pull back the drivers wheel arch liner you will see a big hole with a gromit in it for the harness. Yours may have fallen out slightly. There is also another smaller gromit above the clutch pedal. Check both of these.
Try the hard setting then adjust back to the middle if the ride is a bit to harsh. The harder the sharper the turn in but the easier the back end will want to step out.
No it's not. My revs might go up 100 when pushing the brakes but you shouldn't be seeing 1400 revs. I don't even get that high when I have the air con on.
Because they look like a 90s Jap car Dan. No two ways about it. The Gen 7 looks far more modern. Its looks were well ahead of its time - in fact they were very innovative in 1999. The S15 looks like it came from the same period as the Gen 6. Here's a better picture of a stock one as yours is modded to fook and tries to bring the car into the 21st century.
