    The owner of that car is on NC.org and username is flcelica02, could aways just ask him if you have problems searching for his username, just have a look in the Florida part of the forum, he's active in there but they are possibly 5zigen FN01R-C

    My other Half Sam (YJ52 on here) uses her Celica for her and her son, and i've used the GT-Four with a baby before (got odd looks parking it in the parent and child parking spots, lol), so the celica is fine as a family car as long as you dont mind the fact its a 3dr car

    meant to be attached to the +ve side of the handbrake switch that the light on the dash is connected to. however if you connect it to any ground point, the unit will think that the handbrake is on, however that is illegal.

    One thing I want, but cannot find, is a OBD2 reader that I can then view on my current headunit (Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD) via one of the Aux Inputs, just for the gadget factor, lol

    Dont use mine when driving, but like to have a few DVD's in the car for when parked up at service stations for a break if I'm on my own, instead of sitting in the station, i just sit in the car with a coffee (carefully drinking it so it doesn't spill of course) watching a DVD, just have to make sure that I keep an eye on the battery level Only reason i got a Double DIN is that i liked having a touch screen, and looks good

    found a shop that sells these (as is where the one you found a picture is from) http://customswitchpanels.com/ but you have to hunt for it, go to Toyota, then Celica Switch panels, at the bottom you will see shift gate pictures, but cant find anywhere to buy them on there, am tempted by one myself altho just read a post on it on NC.org, the gear lever doesn't actually go into the gate slots, so is just there for show

    haha they are sam's they are staying there til we can repair the slight damage to the bolster, but me and her have said we need to get some more to replace them and have them as a sofa, lol

    haha aye, well sam is on her 3rd Celica, but only joined CCUK with her latest one, she's had a Gen5 and 2 Lagoon blue 7's

    Lockwiring is a very good way of making sure the bolts not coming off, we do it to our Jet aircraft! but is a pain if the bolt isn't predrilled, would say using threadlock would be best,
