Pic below = lowered 30mm + Freaky's spacers 27mm rear 17mm front by way of guide. No rubbing issues under normal use. I reckon 17mm on the rear to be on the safe side, with 225/40 tyres (20mm wider than OE), any wider and you risk rubbing. Unfortunately, those oversize tyres are doing your 140 no favours at all.
