Mr Rizla
I know choice is a very personal point of view i though it may be interesting to see what others have used, the feedback and also whaty they would recommend for this winter, thoughts being better to get tyre now before the price gets really silly... so for starters thoughts on a Gen 6 on 17" what would one recommend? and from where.. NJay
I run continental wintercontact tyres. They are good enough to keep traction in snow even with 274bhp through the front wheels
planc
It would be better and cheaper to get a set of 15" wheels and fit a 195 width tyre. Also if you keep fitting and removing tyres due to seasonal changes the older the rubber the more damage your likely to cause to the beads. Better and easier just to swop the whole tyre/wheel package
GreyRacer
Hankook Icebears 310 are good and are Falken HS 439. Best prices I found were MyTyres and Oponeo. Both beat Camskill.
NJay
I do exactly that. The stock 16in 190 alloys have winter tyres fitted. My 18in wheels have summer tyres fitted
