Hoody
finally got the front lip, but some of the brackets have sapped, even if they wasn't snapped i was going to re inforce them with some metal as they are prone to braking. so my question is: What would you use to bond the new metal plate's to the plastic brackets? Gimba
Both would deffo hold that shit in, I used some Serious Stuff Ultra from B&Q for the skirts ... that also is a strong as anything glue
Hoody
picked some tiger seal up, so going to give that a go tomorrow i like the idea that it is flexible stuff so if i do hit a bump it will flex a little instead of snaping. Harllequin
A while ago I was given a tube of this from my local paint supplier: - http://www.soudal.com/soudalweb/productDetail.aspx?w=8&p=492&ID=2955 It has been my new best friend ever since. The amount of bodykits both good and ill fitting that this stuff has repaired / fixed is amazing. I have used tigerseal on my GTO's carbon bonet and it worked ok but this stuff is so much better. If you get a container of pannel wipe you can fix on what you need, gap fill to the body where required, soak a bit of white roll in pannel wipe and shape the Soudal to where it needs to go. Once dry its fully paintable too. It drys flexible too. I also used it to re bond the rear window on the rag top in places
