Before panicking and going for a new gearbox/clutch, it might be worth trying out a new oil, like the Redline Lightweight Shockproof or Millers CRX NT 75w-90. http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-673-75w-90-gear-oil-diff-oil.aspx Not cheap, but they are good at sorting out minor issues.
