colin blue Posted April 8, 2011 Report Share Posted April 8, 2011 The answer would be Yes if they were provided in the rear. Otherwise: No. Head rests are a vital safety feature in any car. If you're in a crash with a car with no head rests, there's afair chance of serious neck injuries.
