You are trying to get a quote for a engine swapped car on a price comparison site.. these sites are primarily for standard UK cars. Speak to a specialist insurer. Not all insurers are like that.

A sensible reply. Last year the UK's private car insurance industry paid out £1.30 for every £1.00 they took in premiums, hence why rates are up by 30% - 40%.
