Thanks for the advice .I am going to give the codes to my mechanic,He is having a problem with reading codes as the car is old and the problem is intermittent.Every time he thinks the problem is sorted within a couple of miles its off again . Thanks again Karen

My gen 6 soft top 3sge engine has an intermittent miss fire. the engine light flickers and there is a loss of power that sometime clears with revs but not always as it is an auto this makes it very difficult to drive. sometimes its gone the following day but soon returns ht leads ,coil, and distributor have been changed or serviced.any ideas please
