The noise to me just seems like the movement you get without wheel on, disc contact with studs. Maybe the wheel isn't seating 100% correct so not holding everything tight as it should.
What rims and studs are you using to secure them?

First part of service turned up :-)

A reset of the phone before turning car on usually solves any issues but definetly a pain to do.
-
I had that issue with all bluetooth units i've had from factory fitted to one's I've fitted myself. It's just a general bluetooth problem that doesnt matter if its upto date or not just throws a hissy fit every now and then. Can't wait for WiFi Direct to take over on phones and in cars much more stable connection.

Was it still slightly up on jacks when he asked?

Probably current road conditions, tends to be this time of year were you get loss of traction and understeer moments even at slow speed.
Happens all the time on mine but mine isnt helped by still not having time to get rid of last two AutoGrip tyres from fronts, just take it steady and be a tad bit more gentle then normal for a week or two why theres so much salt on roads.
-
Quite possibly, there losing business so thats the profit. Tried to get him knocked down but wouldn't budge on tyres.
-
Purely due to fitting being quoted at £20 per tyre at local fitters so by time I would of waited and had to get current one repaired due to nail it would of worked out the same.
I only do maybe 6000 miles a year and very rarely spend anytime in a area where I can drive it abit more freely as right in the centre of Liverpool and trips are only 5-10miles long.

Cheer's, I ended up with Avon ZV5's I think there called cost £90 each with fitting balancing which wasn't a bad price. I know the rainsports are supposed to be the better tire but any are better then the AutoGrip ones that where on it.
-
Take that they would be ok?
It's the speed rating that confuses me, wouldn't think 9 years of driving and never had to change a tire due to buying new cars lol.
-
I'm gonna be looking at 215/45/17 but dont have any idea on speed rating. Obviously its 88 w on stock 205 but does it change for the 215?
Would these be ok?

I bought a silica gel type bean bag which I leave on dash overnight, once it gets so much moisture in just throw it in the microwave, interior of my 7 seems alot less fogged and no moisture inside.

I'm 26 purchased the Celica after having boring euro hatchs with cheap insurance. Also the new car that I purchased wouldnt stop leaking so a rejection of that lead to a full refund which at £2500 I found the Celica the best value. Work as a department team leader for a printing company so no office for me.
Very rarely go near redline as its a 140 but occasionally give it a heavy right foot upto 5-6000rpm for the awesome sound the stock exhaust gives (Could do with a bit more low down sound).
-
Havent named mine yet girlfriend tends to call it sillycar really fast to it sounds a bit like celica as it was a car she really didnt want me buying lol.

There's RainX but ive heard good things about the GTechniq stuff aswell but they do one for windscreen and one for sides and rear aswell. Only problem is to apply GTechniq needs dry weather so might struggle with forecast for this week.

The lumias are quality phones for there price, the 630 is a cracker for next to nothing. Slightly more ram than the 525's so can use more apps other than that the Moto G 4G is a steal for android.

New aux belt to be fitted tomorrow.
[Solved] Pin pointed brake knocking noise but have I missed something?

The small amount of braking will hold the disc steady and prevent the knocking.
Maybe try jack the car up without loosing the wheel nuts and see if you can get any slight movement in alloys?
Could pin point the issue to one wheel and give you chance to try and find anything in the way of where its mounting.
