Ok, the first gen7 I looked at has the strut in the boot so must of had SS suspension. My one doesn't have a strut in the boot so I think this must be standard fitment. I assume SS suspension is an optional extra in Japan.

I 've got a '99 Jap Import 190 and a couple of people have mentioned that I may have SSII suspension. This leads to some questions. 1. What is the difference between SSII suspension and the standard fittment. 2. How do I tell if I have got SSII suspension. 3. If I have, is it still possible to fit either TTE of Hotchkiss springs to them. Any advice would be great as I want to lower the car but I want to be sure what suspension I have fitted before I do.
