Every part, other than those supplied by AMS is brand new.  All work carried out by myself, apart from the AC re-gas and alignment.  Most of the new parts are from only three suppliers so all quality stuff.  Generally Delphi, ADL Blueprint and Solid Ace.  Others are Toyota OEM or whatever ImportCarParts supply, which is always good quality.  Radiator was the Koyorad from ECP

blimey quite a shopping list , mine wont be as big as that but it will feel different to how it does now ....

Well, stage 1 is nearly complete!

She may not be the prettiest, most powerful, sexiest Celica, but she sure is

    1) Completely Rust free

    2) Completely New / Rebuilt Suspension and Steering - every component

    3) Completely new brakes

    4) Fully aligned

    5) Totally safe and amazing

    :D

Stage 2 - all the bodywork dings and scratches comes after :)

so mate how much did all that cost you approximately for all of the above :)

but saying that with what kev has said i do like the lighter wheels i changed from the tsport fondmetals as i believe they were something like 7-8kg and the stock ones are around 12kg

Gone for tPhilips Xtreme Vision. I noticed that lifespan advertised as 450h. The listed lifespan of Nightbreakers unlimited is 150-250h only.

Edit - are the Mtec one the same brand as MTec in the UK who do upgraded discs and pads?

    YAAAAY!

I did laugh and I saw your last post, they flash up on my screen as emails when I'm at work. Out of the corner of my eye I just picked up two words, AKUMA and struts.

For some reason I had an instant vision of you doing a Mick Jagger impression and very fine it was toO.

haha , well it was different to lewis comment lol ..

ian someone on another thread asked its strange how come the eibachs have less coils on the front than the back of the apex /amex , is that because of the progressive nature ?

  7. gary , this is the 2zzge (my custom look one :)

one thing i cant understand is why the guy put in a new engine in a 2005 GT, these were the last celicas that also had the same engine as mine in them but other cosmetic differences on the car ie wheels, lowered suspension ,large TRD wing, skirts etc with a 2zge 190 engine in them..
