Had the O/S wheel off earlier, along with removing (and destroying) some arch liner clips, bumper bolt screws, all three headlight bolts, O/S engine cover, and finally..the indicator bulb.
75 minutes to change an amber bulb to a chrome one, all because of the bonnet stay mounting.
I did not refit the hidden headlight bolt. THAT is staying off.
i did that when i meshed my front bumper , also makes it easier to undo the two to put all new bulbs in easily ...
yesterday we tried to wrap my bonnet as its been a bit of a state so i wanted to carbon wrap it so i spent £50 for 3meters of the KPMF black carbon with air release feature , now this was a
challenge to do but i actually love it and tina did a great job of doing this with me , it took bloody hours but it paid off :
the wrap was actually recommended by a guy who is a wrapper by trade and has done jobs on several members cars on here :

always used vpower or bp ultimate but shell always more convenient for me , it does say you must use super unleaded fuel but hey not everyone will agree

They sound like a good bet I've had a few in the past of varying quality which is a bit infuriating when they should be long life fit and forget esp in the tricky locations I'll try n dig out the link for the last ones I bought also which were good but those cree ones do seem good just avoid the cheapos on ebay n pay a bit extra if u don't wanna be regularly changing em they look sweet does anyone know if the blue coloured LEDs are legal/illegal in use in
any of the locations?

what would you consider high enough milage to for thicker oil? im on about 111000
111k isnt real high mileage , mine is just over 125k and i use either 5w 30 /5w40 and i use the fuchs titan GT from opies oils

quite possible infact a lot of gen 7 owners that do experience this a few of them actually have a wheel bearing thats gone but most are down to the tyre noise
-
check the tyres as some tyres make a lot of the same noise as well , my avon zz3s did this until i changed them to falken 914s

I used Shell Helix Ultra 5w40 in the TSport but this stuff was about £10 cheaper at the time I wanted to do an oil change and it has a decent rep so I thought I would give it a try.
yeah i used it last year and the previous years i used the other stuff from fuchs range but i think that was the 5w40 stuff
