Item 4 polishing kit on your list used with an electric drill will bring your rocker up to a high polish, you will have to flatten it off with wet and dry first.
The rocker will have to come off to do the job and you should be able to polish it in a day.
When finished coat it with some of this, it will help protect and keep the finish.

Alternatively for what you are going to pay for mops and polish you could send the rocker off to guys who will do the leg work for you and get a mirror finish and it prob cost about the same as the mops and polish you were gonna buy.
