Do you know if the other two people fitted the zapt bumper to there celica ?
I would offer more than they paid for it .
and yeah I think it looks good as it now so recon it will look amazing once its sprayed white ....very jealous tbh
Part of yours ?
I thought the zapt came as one piece
I sold one of the zapts ( a silver one) to dragonqueen who then cut it in half as well as her own standard bumper so hers is a hybrid zapt now really.
She did this as the half half was rough tbh.
So zapts bumpers are a whole piece.
The other guy who bought the red one isn't on this club anymore.
I wouldn't sell mine even if I was offered £500 lol
-
These are extremely rare and hard to get hold of, I was very lucky to get 3 of them, but the 2 I had for sale sold.
But will keep an eye out.
Mine will be finally get sprayed white soon so you can see how it suits my beams as it doesn't show off itself as good in silver.

There is a stick on plate below and that's to come off next so I can fit my jdm front plate and holder....how the fook am I guna get the stick on plate off if a puny little sticker has done that?
Vinyl patch is on do u know anyone that has a half decent black one for sale?

-
patch vinyl it for now mate.
Good excuse to buy a gt4 bumper now
-
have you got a pic to help us see what u need?
-
it looks a genuine if that Toyota part number is correct in the small picture.
Pop down to your local Toyota dealer and give him the number and see.
-
Nope because upon looking at my service book I got from Toyota the shoes were changed not a few weeks ago but erm more like november last year :/
And yes ur very correct there dubs
That was still only 4 months ago mate
-
Did your mate know your pads were in that bad condition previously?!
-
I bought some 215/40/17 tyres in the end, thanks for the comments guys
-
cheers
Im sure having 215/40/17 tyres on atm is giving me - speed reading anyway. So by increasing to 50 profile tyres will put it a tad over the correct speedo reading anyway.
-
providing your speedo was reading correctly with the 215/40/17's, there would be a +6.65% speed change, so when your speedo is reading 60 mph you would actually be travelling 64 mph. Apart from having to watch your speed, you should be fine
cheers for that mate

Hi
Wanna know that changing from 215/40/17 tyres on my alloys to 215/50/17 is fine?
I assume so but just double checking for piece of mind.

problem with the stainless exhaust franchise companys like longlife etc, they use cheaper quality stainless steel materials.
A mate of mine who is a welder went to the above company and wasn't happy with the quality, so he found his own materials and made his exhaust system up himself.
Its like anything, you get what you pay for.
If you want a good celica exhaust, get HKS/Blitz etc, you pay extra but is quality.
-
Hammerite?
Give them a proper clean down and see what your left with.
Hammerite is pretty tough
-
Yeah I paid approx. £40-50 for a mr t one with a warranty.
you often find the main dealers are cheaper than many independent stores.
Halfords are extremely expensive!
-
I love a challenge also
-
I bort them on a hope I cud fix and the one that wasn't attached is in great condition so am guna persist and I hav a mate who will spray them for nowt when he has something black coming. Stereo looks ace doesn't it nice bit of retro :-D
I understand your plan, but when you can buy these for a bit more undamaged, it doesn't really make it worth the hassle or the extra money
-
That side skirt looks pretty fcuked tbh.
Standard oem skirt retail for about £35-40 and that's in good condition with no damage.
That's why I didn't buy them when I visited that breakers months ago.
Plus, if you can fix it, you will have to get it resprayed.
Stereo is a great buy though
-
Is it just me that doesn't like these bumpers?!
Is it just me that doesn't like these bumpers?!
yeah
-
Easy fix for my hubby, When he deems my very very special special bumper is finished, cmon tony
Im waiting for the pics of that.
Yeah not a lot of damage to the c-one bumper, but when you factor in it being repaired and resprayed, its not gonna be cheap on top of the purchase price.
But a lovely looking bumper tho.
-
Theres a bit of the front lower skirt bit chipped off and the passenger side end part has been broken off also, I noticed this on ebay a week or so ago.
If it weren't damaged I would have put in a cheeky bid.
-
I have a c-one front bumper, brand spanking new
-
The d1 nuts are good at keeping colour, but not so good at keeping thread lol

-
