i parked next to a gen 5 4ws (the only 1 other than mine ive ever seen) the other day with the occupant still in the car. Congratulated him on good taste in cars and i got a look like i'd just plowed his mother. Very odd. Can safely say he aint a member on here!

I had 2 Tr7's a few years ago. A 2l convertible and a 3.5 v8 tin top. The v8 was awesome. always loved the shape, prob why i've got a gen 5 now! For that budget though its Tr6 all the way for me.

You need a bead breaker to get the tyre off the rim (old fashioned way!). My pal has one and he takes the mickey out of me using it as it is very heavy and usually takes me 3 or 4 whacks whereas one blast from him and its off. git Its just an almighty slidehammer with a flat bar at the end to fit against the rim. Actually getting the tyre off is easy peasy, its getting it past the bead that you wont do without the breaker

Kwik fit used to sell this stuff for £20 late last year, dunno whether they still do. Will enquire. I'm told they will even put it in the tank for you (if you're daft enough to let them near your pride and joy....). Whilst I certainly do not advocate letting them monkeys touch anything you posess they cannot, surely, balls up a can of sealed gunge

biggest refund i've seen was 1.5 million. Not paid to me of course but worth a cheeky little mention. Think i got a grand for sorting that out. Yes i am an accountant... Def in wrong business. We never get refunds cos we do our own figures right.

quickest was 5 days, longest was 6 weeks. If you sent 2 things in same envelope they tend to see the first thing that comes out and then bin the other. Always send one thing or send them both recorded
