They were on offer last week - there's a thread on the subject. I wanted to get some myself - but still unsure what size I'm going to be able to run on my new T3's.

Pretty sure 3db is not discernable to the human ear.
-
Rainsports 3 is a brilliant allrounder - they're on my CS, nothing but good things to say about them - apart from they look a bit odd.
-
The gen 5 well will only take a 17" wheel with 45 max profile - I imagine gen 6 will be the same.
I've got gt4 spacesavers here - less than £50, pm me.
-
Haha - I just remembered, my award came the same day as my rays duranuts - I forgot all about the trophy

You just didn't scroll down far enough
-
I reckon that ding will t-cut out
-
If they are ally - you can forget about option 2.
-
If you've only got 3mm of rounded nut left, hammering a socket on is unlikely to work - you'll probably have to drill out the stud, then fit a new one.
Unless you have access to a mig - you could weld a smaller hex head onto it.
-
I won't ever get over it financially - lost about £150k in cars and equipment, emotionally I got over it a week later, when something much worse happened, which I won't go into.
-
I couldn't even manage f**k me - I was truly speecless for quite a time.
-
Just to clarify the point I was making about the wheels - the front passenger wheel looks like an advan rc2 or similar, it 's the more complete rear wheel that I meant was the same as the original pictures, and probably both on the other side - after all, who has 5 aftermarket wheels ? Get a puncture and it's either an odd, but similar wheel - or a spacesaver and 30 mph.
-
I looked closely - then closer still, then got some other opinions. They're the same wheels - but if you want to think differently, that's ok by me.

Life has a way of putting things into perspective - there are worse things than just loosing possesions.

No, they were never recovered - weighed in for scrap probabl. There was a widebody celica supra, Lancia montecarlo spyder, 2 fulvia 1600 HF, a sunbeam talbot Alpine, and a bmw 2002 tii - plus all my heavy workshop equipment, shotblasters, folders, an english wheel, and welding/cutting tools. It was a bad day !
-
Nope - they're the same wheels, painted white hides the fluted edges.
-
I had 6 cars stolen from storage last year - all uninsured, that made me feel sick for a good few days.
-
If it was on facebook - then I'm not worried, as I don't use it. If it was on a mainstream site, then I am worried, I check them daily - especially for white ones.
-
I'm curious where you saw it for sale - I'm normally on the ball with ads for the CS and RC cars, I didn't see it anywhereas this is very sad. I would just like to play devils advocate, its not uncommon up here for someone's car to be found burnt out as an insurance job
I only mention this as I have seen the car for sale recently
-
So, should we be celebrating that our cars have just gone up in value, now that they're that bit rarer now.
-
If you ask them - they'd tell you it's to remove any physical forensic evidence, but in truth, it's because they're just scum and don't like people having nice things.

Someone has probably already worked out it's LE number, and informed the register that it's gone - bummer, that's another white one gone.
-
That's sickening - I hope it's repairable.

That's only partially true, it doesn't matter how good your tyres are - crap brakes will not stop you.
