Try opening it in paint then saving it as .jpg...make sure you 'save as' though... Or theres more that you can save it as too if its already a .jpg and too large... Sure thats what I used to do...

It is bad...You cant see much out the back... I usually just use the wing mirrors...You will get better at judging it though...
