What about this ... not a photo I know, but I could easy capture a frame off it ...
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=D8xa5uO1rLA
(note: exactly same location as the photo I posted earlier - Leclerc supermarket, Boulogne - but different car, different year )
Angus
Go on then Angus pick a good frame. Video is good BTW. We have to move this one along.
-
I think we'd have to be desparate
-
Here's another.
-
Sorry, but I think you'll find it's pedantry, not pedanticism
You're quite correct offcourse but with so many others now-a-days, I'm making up my own words to suit.
-
I think we need to need to get this one moving along. No pun intended.
So,
For clarification, change, pedanticism etc,
If driver taking picture - Stopped.
If passenger taking- wheels moving.
I was originally looking for moving shoots as I tried myself in the above post somewhere, but he, let's just get a picture of your Celica in a window anyway possible as I'm looking forward to the next challenge.
-
Best way is to use the ''sports setting'' on the camera.
-
As long as the wheels are turning
-
Come on chaps and lassies we need to get this moving on. There are plenty of big windows out there.
-
fair enough lol, will give it a go. lol, its right next to a filter lane so should be easier for moving
Let me know when you are going and we'll all watch you on the webcam
Looks sunny at the moment with very little traffic. Rush hour over.
-
you know the Island? lol,
Paid some money into my offshore account at the RBS last time I sailed into Douglas
-
ok See if I can find a shiny window lol
I reckon the RBS on the promenade should fit the bill.

so the car has to be moving?
Yes ''passing''
If the driver cannot do it and stay safe and within the law then let the passenger do it.
-
Angus is quite right. I can't take part, mine don't count, so come on lads and lassies.
-
First try with motordrive switched on.
Second try with the motordive switched on.
-
if my potential co-driver comes out tonight i may have this one nailed my some time int the AM
nailed.......
The co-driver or the picture?
Go for it, Hicks
and this is not an official entry.
-
Just to clarify. For safety and remaining within the law.
From inside the car. Not neccessarily moving unless the passenger takes it. Passing = stopped for the driver.
-
Nice pic Angus. Does not qualify though even if you are a Scot. Go back and reverse out
-
Without going out looking, an hour ago I found myself looking at a reflection of the car in a shop window, and by chance I had a camera in the car.
I won't post it up until after the weekend though, to give others a chance.
made it too easy then did I?
-
Yep, that's great.
By the way, where is Bonkyl church?
Berwickshire, Scotland.
I really had one I was after in Edinburgh but did not manage to get there. ''Dick Place''
Thought the local lads might have picked that one up.
Anyway to the next challenge.
A photo of your pride and joy taken from in the car as a full mirror image in passing a shop window, glass building etc.
Stay safe on this one.
-
This wasn't my challenge but I think that fits the bill.
If everyone else is OK with this, set a new challenge and the thread is up and moving again
I think it's up to ''silver gt''. It was his challenge
-
Heh, they're both great. Your celicas aren't entirely obvious in either photo, tho There's a place around me that might make a reasonable picture, if someone's not nicked the signpost. I might give it a go at the weekend if this thread hasn't moved on
The limitations of a phone camera in the pi88ing rain when you forget to take the DSLR with you
Anyway the Gen 7 headlights are unmistakable.

I thought this would have been an easy one and Old Red's is brill. Looks like it's stuck at the moment so here is one I came across. I thought of putting some mud over the last two letters.
Celica photo challenge.

Ok more yap. So let's go back. Yes Angus that's really good. So you can take up the challenge now.
Ah yes you already have
Nice quick reply there MisterC.
