It's acceptable as long as you don't take the 190 on Track, but I think 0W40 or 5W40 would be better suited in a VVTi-L.

spoke to lee today, what a top bloke, he,s gonna recon my engine so i dont have to swap all the engine numbers over n all that, also hes gonna fit some stage 2 cams, a new clutch and new brass bushes for a better gear change, was very helpful and informative, only problem he is fully booked till the end of march but think it will all b worth the wait

You'll need the flat ended Nuts unlike the after market type which have a 60 degree taper.

The Tech5's are the same as all the other OE Rims on the Gen 7 as regards Wheel Nut type.
