And have you made usre that all of the vacuum lines are either closed off or fitted where needed?

there's a host of members out there that deserve recognition for the things they do for the club and it's members. Jimmy/Lta/Sawyer all seem to crop up regularly and with good reason! Top blokes one and all.

I genuinely do not think I've even washed my car twice this year. Oh the shame of it.
-
Yikes John that's a bit pricey! I know it's probably about the best one out there but still... £2k Crazy mofo!

The rules are that nothing handheld in car, all cameras should be secured to roll cages or similar using suitable clamps. TBH though these are small enough that you can usually tuck them out of the way and get away with tie-wrapping them in place which is what he did!

Taken from my mates camera on Saturday, exactly the same one you have in the link I believe. It's not bad, can be a PITA though as sometimes it turns itself off for some reason. He was a bit peeved after one session where he had a couple of clear good laps and it hadn't recorded! For the dosh though you can't grumble. He has 3 of these and sticks them all over lol. I think he said the file sizes are quite large too which is also a PITA when it comes to uploading... but hey, it's 1/20th the price of a GoPro HD what do you want for the dosh!!! -
I used to when I was a lot younger, had more space and didn't have small kids/animals around that would inevitably break them. Mainly Aircraft but some military vehicles etc too. Spent many an hour gluing and painting bits badly

I think ghost Castrol graphics look the nuts. Rufus is badass!

JnrGT I sent you a PM regarding the last one of these topics. I clearly stated that I merged your post with the existing 28+ page thread that is in the stickies in this very section. Don't post this again. Thanks.

I only have first hand experience of the Meister Rs and can vouch 100% for them! The BC ones fitted offered very little drop on the only Gen7 I know to have had them fitted.
-
Gen 6 Celica ST202 then.
-
Yuk it's an auto
Clean looking example though in seriousness.
-
No you'll need an extra litre. 4.7L iirc
-
Neither. I treat mine like a car.
It gets cleaned when needed and for the main part it stays clutter free, but if I'm driving any distance etc I expect it to end up full of sweet wrappers, fizzy drink bottles and magazines etc. I tend to clean it if someone is going to be looking at it
-
It does look a different colour in the pic. I'd say that they should be having a look and offering their opinion on what they can do to fix it. Don't polish it up without them seeing it first or they may never feel obliged to fix it
-
Never really bother with watching DVDs on the move. It's literally an accident waiting to happen. I did mine so that others can watch stuff when I'm driving. TBH it usually only gets used for tunes anyway.
-
Yup, strike a happy medium, balanced performance between engine and chassis.
-
Car looks good, I have to kinda agree on the pink (not sure if it's a camera trick or are they actually pink? ) but the overall look of the car is good. Very low key, not too in-you-face shouty. I like it.

Power is for impressing the lads down the pub. Handling is for people that want to lap quicker. Both is for the greedy.
-
Because traditionally it was used on high performance engines (ie old school Ferrari - hence TestaRossa which means RedHead)
There's no other benefit than it kinda looks pretty I believe. Wrinkle/Crackle paint has been around for a long time.
-
Looks very definitely like a Lagoon Blue Gen7 to me sadly.
-
No. RIP to the 2 unlucky guys and sincere condolences to the families they inevitably leave behind.
-
Good to see you back matey.

+1 for Shiply.com
I've used them myself a couple of times and they are consistently the cheapest. Never had an issue with them, always collect when they say they will, drivers suually keep in touch to let you know what's going on etc.
Printing own graphics/vinyl stickers?

The good news is that one of the most highly respected corporate members is local (ish) to you and will be the person to speak to. Look up Mook and his company Skewer (www.skewer.co.uk) you won't be disappointed with the quality of the work he does, that much I can guarantee.
