sadlebag
Trying to fit them at present works one side but the same ballast and bulb set up won't work on.the other side, yet a normal bulb will. sadlebag
Okay if I Link that hid straight to the battery it works but when I put it through the bulb connector it doesnt. I've tried by passing the connector and connected it using some wires I get a little flicker bit then it dies. I'm guessing there is a dodgy earth somewhere in the loom and there's no way I'm gonna start hunting for that!
shaungt4
To test your theory could you connect the wire plug to the hid then use a seperate earth off the body to the earth on the wire plug. . Just a thought May be barking up the wrong tree
sadlebag
Okay it's worse than I thought, turns out I'm only getting half the voltage going to one side compared to the other. Booked in st the garage come Monday to see if they can trace it. I dif try putting a new earth running to the light but it made no difference.
