Fine blisters in paintwork...

Just taken advantage of the decent weather and washed and waxed ready for the winter. Whilst waxing I found some very fine blisters in the paint / laquer around the petrol flap. Tried to get them out with Megs U Compound, but no joy. So how do I get rid - wet&dry???

Sounds like the paint had reacted, could be due to petrol fumes or just coincidence it's round that area. Tbh the only way to get it back to perfect is re-paint.

If your not super fussy you may be able to wet and dry it flat then touch in blisters, flat again then polish. worry is it will probably react again unless done properly.
