Whilst waxing I found some very fine blisters in the paint / laquer around the petrol flap. Tried to get them out with Megs U Compound, but no joy. So how do I get rid - wet&dry??? GTsillycar Posted November 12, 2011 Report Share Posted November 12, 2011 Sounds like the paint had reacted, could be due to petrol fumes or just coincidence it's round that area. Tbh the only way to get it back to perfect is re-paint. If your not super fussy you may be able to wet and dry it flat then touch in blisters, flat again then polish. worry is it will probably react again unless done properly.
