Jumped in the car this morning to head off to work got 200meters down the road and bang/grind/knock/clunk/squeal and judder went the vert. Popped the bonnet and found the water pump has let go big time, cam belt cover is still on but i had coolant poaring out in 3 different places. Should get report back on what happened tomorrowand hopefully the car back as well - i have never in the 20years of working in the motor trade ever heard a water pump sound like that, it was so load that this guy came out of his house and asked what the hell was that noise. So new water pump, cam belt,tensioner and aux drive belt next week will be full service and valet. so do i sell now and get a g7 or wait and enjoy whats left of the summer.
