  1. got a mouth ulcer :'(

  2. no but you need to clean up that dirt in ya bay
  3. At times i do think id wished id not bothered but when its done there wont be many better celicas than mine so no i wouldnt do anything different as its my hobby.
  4. They have said they want to feature mine when its eventually done - but when that day will be who knows
  5. Got my team dynamics off of another forum im a member of : odel : Posted: Thu Feb 24, 2011 8:55 pm Post subject: Spoke to my contact at Team Dynamics today and here's the details and prices (as at 24-Feb-2011): Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 (white or black) Just to stress that these are the Motorsport wheels, NOT the ones you find in Halfords or ebay, and are made to order to your own spec. Lead time is about 20 working days. PCD 5 x 100 CB 54.1 8J x 17" ET20-25 or 33-45 £440.00 + delivery 9J x 17" ET23-45 8J x 18" ET11-30 or 35-50 9J x 18" ET11-45 £480.00 + delivery
  6. ST205's run 315mm discs and massive callipers - as long as the alloys are wide enough and of a decent ET - say 35 or better then theoretically should fit. Your brakes wont be anywhere as big as mine - 345mm discs and huge 10 pot callipers and i can get away with 17's if ET35
  7. no 18's - its a gt4 so callipers are huge
  8. Look ok to me - as you say if only track alloys as long as they do what they are intended for then you will be happy. The wifes pro race 1.2's look similar and they are a good strong lightweight alloy. My new ones weigh 7.6kg a rim - for 18 x 8.5 - but ive been after a set of these for years
  9. Happy Anniversary johnyboy1976!

  10. there has never been a right era for 3 spoke alloys - corsas, saabs and faffs had em and all looked utter gash
  11. RX7 and Supra run 114.3 x 5 and wheels are usually far wider than you would get on a 4. To advertise on the OC it will cost £20 unless your already a member
  12. Pretty sure someone sold a set on here recently - chanelle maybe - didnt fetch much. Id stick em on ebay
  13. For me personally id keep the Rotas and get em done in bronze as black 205's with bronze wheels look sweet. Just not a fan of 3 spoke wheels - they are just wrong
  14. What being a club member is all about - some are good at fixing things , some can send you free bits when your up shit creek and others are just generally great folk
  15. Hayward and scott make awesome exhausts http://www.haywardandscott.com/
  16. I used to put more effort into the OC than i did into other more important things in my life so for me to have my current mindset it took a lot - that your aware of. Ive made some amazing friends over on that site and i still see a lot today however i stand by my viewpoint that when other clubs charge nothing the oc imo fails to justify its membership fee - they complain that they have a surpluss of funds yet are loath to spend them and then they implement more money making schemes by charging people to sell stuff and the money goes to "charity". Its improved since certain members of staff who i dont have to mention left the staff but there are still far too many wasters on the staff who do nothing. Gary puts everything into his role and Bodhi and Graham do a good job but other than martin who is tech advisor what do the staff do ?? Sorry this is in your thread mate - ill not mention any more of this
  17. Prob one of best on sale - last owner was a proper bellend but he looked after it http://beta.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/toyota/celica/toyota-celica-gt4-uk-car-one-of-the-best-in-the-country/467619
  18. Its not the busiest of clubs but its free there are no politics or bitching and its very freindly. Plus the better staff members on the OC - gary st165 - are DC members too
  19. Id be personally put off by the Supra as aerotops are usually auto so for me not being able to change gear would diminish the fun factor plus more of a posing car than a drivers car imo. There are some cracking gen 7 on here now especially those who have gone the SC route. With a GT4 you MUST buy a good one - dont rush in and ideally get it checked by local members if you can - buy a dog and it will bite you but buy a good one and it will give lots of smiles per mile IMO its not worth spending £20 to join the OC when better tech knowledge and advice is available for free on the GT4DC - however ill agree it has some of the better cars on sale but most are on pistonheads anyway
  20. Got my 7 in 2003 and had that till i scrapped it in 07. Got my 1st 205 in 07 and had that till i got my new 205 in july 09 when i sold the 1st one
  21. I had Defi Bf series gauges and they are amongst the best - however for what i paid for 5 gauges i could have had one of these http://www.race-technology.com/dash2_2_31.html for half of what they are new now. So i sold mine for what i paid - still a bargain as just after i bought em Defi put prices up by 60% - and saved up for a digital dash
  22. Stevo bought a lot of the parts i had for my 7 and put them on this car - cant remember what though nfact i had lexus style lights maybe they are my old ones
