Is that 5 litres ?

Warped disc, lip on discs. Pad come away from friction plate...I'd get wheels off strip, clean and check brakes.
Could be handbrake shoes rubbing drum too.

It may have got stuck to the sump, mine always does. There must have been a washer on or you would defo get leaks I think
-
My local mr t gave me 2 for free might be worth popping in

I ran that set up for a hot evening session on snetterton 300 and a whole day at Blyton last year and it gave me good predictable handling. I personally don't think there are any safety issues regarding slightly slimmer tyres BUT I would prefer a bit of lip protection so I may go for 215/40's next time round ill see. Nanyangs are hardly to worst budgets you'll see out there 2.

Wheels - inovit st16 17x8 et42
Tyres - 205/40/17

Toyota don't bother with these due to the parts that may wear are made of some kind of non ferrous alloy, if you have ferrous partials then you are already screwed.
They do put them in diffs that will wear ferrous metals though.
Good to know, is there no point in even fitting this then lol?

did the blue cost extra? if not, no-one's gonna see it...

Magnetic sump plug...not that exciting lol and they were meant to send me a blue one too grrr!!

Yeah we were all over that gti at Blyton! Yeah I didn't get good start anyway, i didnt wanna make it obvious i was gonne go for it, so reckon I could have had him if my launch was tidy but fook he was still quick off the line he was like a metre or so ahead before I'd even hit lift.
Still just a boring golf tho ain't it
-
...by a golf 2.0 tdi!
Had a golf up my arse and pull along side me earlier and said to my self if he goes for it I'm gonna have a play, so he did go for it and i tried to get involved but he was way in front before I'd even hit 2nd so I gave up! He must have had a remap or something coz that thing weren't slow! Any way that's annoyed me especially after I kicked arse karting this afternoon! Overall winner and fastest lap over 4 sessions whoop!

I dunno but my old battery said fully charged on a charge but after a night would struggle to turn over then one day it died on me and had to get my grandad to come give me a jump start.
-
Defo battery Ben, batteries will fully charge nearly all the time but HOLDING charge is a different story

Wheel alignment was a bit out but all sorted now...went for a quick blast after, felt good to blow the cob webs away
Gonna try to get the bbk on her Monday or Tuesday
-
Snow showers down here so thought I'd get her in for a laser wheel alignment too, noticed tires wearing on the inside fronts badly!
Yep booth the emissions were fine with the 100 cell cat I spoke to them about a decat and if they would turn a blind eye and said it would be there license on the line so no BUT if I had a removable de cat they would put my cat in for free to get though the emissions test. Don't think the hassle is worth the gains really!

Another mot pass today....advisory on all brake hard lines tho.might hammerite them for now
-
Snow socks really help on the missus mx5, plus the 3 bags of sand in the boot to get a bit more weight on the drive wheels

For me I wanna enjoy the day and know that if I do get it a bit wrong I'm not gonna end up in a barrier or on the roof. I always look for tracks which ain't too tight and have plenty of run off. From chatting to a few people and YouTube vids I'd go for the following...
Blyton
Woodbridge (airfield so they just layout a track, not sure I'd fancy it myself but it meant to be great for a 1st go, when ever I look at the vids on YouTube I can never work out where the bloody track meant to go lol)
Snetterton.
Donnington
Croft.
Rockingham ( few peeps say its a engine blower tho)
ENGINE BLOCK CLEANING ADVICE?

The rocker cover easiest way is to paint it as to polish it will take a lot of elbow grease mate.
I'd take it off the car, plug up all the holes, clean it, quick once over with sandpaper, primer then paint it
