tell me about it mate ive been paying £1.51.9 a litre for vpower at our local shell but after a full tank i have been finding it seems to last a bit longer than the ultimate bp ...in fact i was going with bp and paying £1.30ish but then noticed i wanted to go back on vpower and our 3.2v6 quattro goes on the shell 95 fuelsave and seems to run better on that ...

I agree here baz I went on a Road trip up to Dundee for some rare parts for my starlet in the celica 140 and put v power in for a change and got 40 more miles on the tank

  2. Celica went in for its MOT today along with oil and filter and passed not a single advisory not bad for almost 17 years old current mileage 63,700 tester said one of the cleanest he's ever seen  and can tell its been garaged most of its life so yeah pretty chuffed gonna enjoy my last few months with it till my starlet SR restoration is finished before its up for sale the tester hounds me to sell it him every year he's relentless and some random bloke left his number seeing it up on ramps, il miss the the thing when it's gone 7 years trouble free

  3. Hi all need some honest advice ive owned my celica 6 years its been a absolute pleasure truth is i never use it now its sat on 62,000 i think  i dont wanna sell it but we have 4 cars ones got to go its immaculate and when i say immaculate it really is i spent a lot of money on the underside not to hide corrosion but to prevent it its a red edition only mods is lowered for aesthetic reasons this clubs been fanastic but this year will be my last as im restoring my starlet  SR my first car i bought 20 years ago that i never sold i know my celica isnt never gonna be worth thousands and thousands but it a genuine 2 owner car that really is better than most whats it worth? im aware you can get one for 1200 quid but this one really is a cut above full history inc reciepts serviced every year average of 3500 miles .........so what should i ask il chuck a pic of the starlet in to show how much i care for my cars expense is NEVER a issue its 22 years old

  4. I'd measure how far back  the tip of the exhaust is from the back of the tyre then on the front I'd measure the tip of the bumper to the front tyre if the rear is less it should clear the rear the front may catch going forward though you won't know this until you try, I feel your pain I've always had low cars and found sometimes going on a different way will clear my starlet is a lot lower than the celica but always clears slopes like your driveway as the bumpers are shorter but the chassis scrapes everywhere, as the celica clears most speed humps etc but driveways slopes always etc seem  catch cos of bumper lengths it's hard to explain, go out side and try I'm intrigued now

Probably not but it will do, god knows how else to fix it.... so that will have to do.

Try reversing in as the bumper is higher at the rear and by the time the front is at the kerb the back wheels will be in the garage and starting to pull the front up

As much as I’d love one, unfortunately not. The prices seem to be on the rise for them. My cars always been the second car in the house, we have a 2016 Fiesta ST that we keep mint.

I just need a car to run around in, throw the dog in, go to the tip with, throw the mountain bike in ect... I’m looking for a EP3 premier. It would kill me to ruin an DC5.

i had one k20 was great fun had lots of issues with suspension components though always little things constantly failing but my mates had none with his luck of the draw i suppose

  7. only one thing to do in this situation its time to get rid but next time research the car your buying have a lengthy test drive to find a comfy position , like mentioned earlier lemons are lemons, I've owned 6 Toyota's and had trouble with none of them shame you got a bad one
