[Lights Dimming]

When I start the car up and switch the lights on they are pretty bright but then I here a relay or something click and the lights dim slightly, when I rev the engine they stay the same and brightness doesn't increase but when I switch the heated window on the revs rise a bit I don't think it is the alternator.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the replies I'll check tomorrow what the tyre brand is and speed rating I've snow tyres on at the moment.

It says on the MOT paper both rear tyres out of shape I think it had continentals on but I put snow tyres on not long back.

What would cause both rear tyres to be out of shape I've a 190 celica.

Probably a stupid question but here goes.

Are the dipped and main beam lights on separate bulbs or both on one bulb.

I was on the understanding that I would need just one bulb a H7 for both.
