Hi Jim, I recently bought a pair from the link below. Really pleased with the quality. They come with double sided tape also. You'll see photos on my tread. I used fittings as I want my plates interchangeable for shows.
-
I think it would be a decent project if you have the time as I quite like the sides and if you could remove the front nose and smoothen it in line with the sides and get rid of the two grills on top. It would be certainly a challenge most people would not take on.

I would second the opie oils 5w40. Funnily enough the oil was cheaper through his ebay page rather than his website. Ebay:171155296208

I had got the large one from argos but was too short to fit over the front as the gt spoiler raised the cover at the back. My friend has the halfords large six and that looks a lot durable. Try and get ones that have eye lids so that you can tie it down

Any more developments since? I was thinking of getting the gen 7 wings and trd skirts painted?

Just to clarify that kit I posted a picture of and a link to is for the 140 only. Turns out half the pipework doesn't fit my T sport so I'll be sending it back.
Just curious as I had emailed them and they told me that they did a 190 set. Did they offer you a different set or they are clueless to the differences?
-
Yes I have asked the seller and he is able to provide a 190 set. However it would be useful to see them fitted in a photo to see the impact as most hoses aren't viable with the engine plastics in place in my opinion

I just used guttering sealant around mine and I have had no issues a year on and it hasn't faded or cracked either

Sorry curious to join this thread as I need to expand my battery cables by 6" as I bought new terminals that I feel are stretching the cable and may someday pull out from the connection. Can I just use some off cuts from my sound kit to extend the cable? is it ok to use a nut and bold through the crimp connection? any help much appreciated

I considered for ages to pay full price but fortuniunty held out and picked it up for £50/£60 last summer on facebook. Just wait and keep the look out

Hi could I please get a price for a front Gen 7 Yellow mount? How long does it take receive the order?

On my first attempt I used foam pads from Homebase but they were 5mm thick and made the spoiler stick up too high with a silly gap underneath.
I found that a bolt had been sheered in the spoiler and that was the main cause of the rattle and funnily enough when I used a magnetic rod to find the sheered bolt in the boot I managed to pull out four bolts and a socket head that must have been dropped by the bloke that fitted the spoiler ha ha
So then I ordered the 2mm neoprene, and replaced the sheered bolt by drilling out the broken half in the spoiler and used locktite to fix a bolt head in the spoiler so this is secured with a nut while the rest are fixed by bolts. Its a short term fix as I will eventually need to replace the spoiler as its starting to crack in the sides.
Cheers for the tips lads

Cheers mate, new what I wanted but didn't know the correct material. Much appreciated

Hi, I've got the large TRD spoiler on my Gen 7 and it has been rattling lately and I'm wondering can someone suggest suitable absorbing pads that I can use?
Cheers

Off topic but where did you get the cigarette lighter? Looks good
