What is the chocolate gearbox ? Mine does this tbh

I have never painted one mate but presume that if they come with a gel coat like fiberglass that you would be able to paint them in the same fashion.
If it was me I would paint it. Carbon fibre looks good but its like the whole black bonnet thing it only suits certain cars and paint schemes.

Fair play louis. Looking forward to getting my engine mounts soon, then I will have all your products for the st202.

One thing I am impressed with is the bholster wear or lack of it !

Matt has hit the nail on the head.
Exhaust are only a pain if you don't have a breaker bar or a blowtorch.
Get under there and savage the bolts off if there rusty.
I used to allwaus get a shop to do mine but since I got the Celica I Have done my own and its not as bad as you think.
But some stainless bolts etc as they are so cheap and will save any hastke for future

As above getting tracking done is just your toe which can 've fine and you still get irregular wear.
Camber and castor can 've checked on four wheel alignment. This will ensure that you, bar any bearing issues etc will get even tyre wear.

Yer give tcb a shout. I got some on a deal a month ago. 13 for genuine totoyta ones.

Haha this is great, Most Celica's I see are driven by older people no matter which gen.
Have seen a few Gen 7's driven by young lads and a few more driven by young ladies ...... possibly hairdressers !
I am 28, Manage an underfloor heating team for a massive plastic company.
I have a silly Gen 6 that people are always asking me ''Why have you done that? '' or ''Why don't you have a sensible car?''
Always modded my cars. Earlier ones where just show as I was to broke for engine builds etc. Later few have been more about go than show.
I bought my celica as my friend had one and it was great! Nippy but not silly and FWD for an easy to work on daily driver. Anything was more practical than my old alfa V6 which returned around 30 miles from £10 . . . so with moving to my current job decided to get a jap car that was reasonable practical and fun to drive.
Have really fallen for my old Toyota now but, do plan to get a beams import next year as for a daily I think a Faff is to much hassle.
Edit - My car sees the redline a lot ! Love powering out of corners or on slip roads on to motorways etc. Ofc I never exceed the 40mph in my local forests

That's like night and day !

Nice tip buddy. I was doing it as it was getting dark so brain was not to sharp by then lol.
Will have a look at doing this when I do mine.
The through bolt on the front . . . Still can believe I ddidn'tthunk of it !

Mate just use a hacksaw. I did mine and my mates and it took around 5 min per cut. No worries about fuel then.
By the time you have set everything Up For the cut you could have done it with a saw.

Nice work baz, looks like it just rolled of the line lol.
One question though.Do you run spacers ?

Just done a gen 6 rear mount. Took 3 hours but next time when I do mine I recon you could do it in half that. Pig of a job tbh had to drop the subframe on one side and remove the crossmember! Will be doing mine soon can't wait to get a set of these fitted.
Front one is a piece of piss compared to the rear

I have all sort of comments over the years but a recent one really ground my gears.
Talking to a mate at work about getting some cheap bits and bobs for the celica.
Que girl next to him. ''Why would you spend 12 pound on a car?
Are you for fucking real !
