My interior light has given up the ghost. Any recommendations?

I love the 'Cree' bulbs ive got in my Gen5. Just under a tenner on eBay - https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F301792310385
The picture doesn't really do them justice either, they're very bright and very white

I used Shell Helix Ultra 5w40 in the TSport but this stuff was about £10 cheaper at the time I wanted to do an oil change and it has a decent rep so I thought I would give it a try.

That's fine. You'll need 4.6l for a 190 oil change though.

Hopefully they won't do what Mitsubishi are doing and using names like 'Eclipse' and 'Evo' on some snorefest SUV's

Orange. There was an orange one in that recent Toyota advert and it looked amazing

My old Gen7 has a cable tie in one of the suspension struts somewhere. The specific part wasn't under any stress but it has a cable tie in there all the same!
Oh and the power streering cooling pipe leaked and I chopped out the leaky pipe and put a hose from a washing machine in to bridge the gap. Did the job and never leaked again

I got essentially the same as above for my Gen 5. Not as good as the HIDS I had in my 7 but surprisingly close.

Ams-i dont know if this will shed any light on the problem but yesterday i was coming down the hill to my house, when i pressed the brakes pretty hard the engine cut out. Then this morning on my way to work i was braking for a roundabout,as i changed down & pressed the brakes the EML flashed as usual but i could feel something through the pedal, like a clicking feeling, not like anything the discs or pads could cause.ive never felt anything like it in any car before. It didnt cut out like yesterday.
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkThis sounds just like the problems I was having with my Saab, stalling out when stopping and I had that shuddering on the brakes once. Gave up with it in the end as nothing I did fixed it!

I wouldn't completely rule out that code. If it's a lambda/o2 sensor playing up then the car could be fuelling wrong and a car fuels differently when cold compared to when hot. That could explain the kangerooing when cold if the car isn't fuelling right.

I got a Bosch one with my recent oil purchase from Eurocarparts (33% off!). Are they ok?

Really? My wheel has been through 2 MOT's without a problem....

I absolutely love my Mountney wheel which I've been using for well over a year now. Great quality and only £50-£60!

Someone advised me 70nm when using spacers, should I go tighter? They have been fine for over a year mind...

Mine's has had Shell Helix in it every time since I bought the car and I've been happy with how it runs. You'll need 5l though as that's a 4l and the G7 needs 4.2/4.6l.

Bought! I would have probably got it anyway but seeing my car as the main pic on the April page made it a must buy
