Eyup me ducks.

My name's Rob, I'm 27 and work as a Software Developer for a firm in Sheffield. I'm fluent in HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript and jQuery. I currently own and drive on a daily basis, my beautiful 51' Gen 7 (190) Celica VVTLI in Thunder Grey, which I absolutely adore. This was quickly upgraded to, after a few months of driving my Lagoon Blue 140 - which I genuinely still miss, to this day!

I'm not super mechanically minded, but like most things I've learned over the years, if I need to know something, I research and research and research, and ask others who know more than me - to learn. So far I'm learning a whole bunch of new things about Celicas, and the more I learn, the more I'm in love with my car.

I absolutely love driving, every little bit about it - especially the way it makes me feel... there's nothing quite like that feeling, and now I'm driving a Celica... and not a boring Ford Focus... I now even get people looking at the car and doing that sort of... raising their eyebrows in approval... it's a good feeling.

I never really looked at Celicas before... not like, properly analysed every knook and cranny, every line and curve - it's always just been... well, a Celica. But like I say, now I've got my hands on one, I'm noticing things about them that I never did before, and my god what a beautiful car they are!

In my spare time, I'm either doing some technical wizardry with websites, or driving around seeing who's about in the car scene.

In September, I pick up my brand new Audi A1 1.4 TFSI S-Line, I've never owned a brand new car before, and never one that's economical. But I do have to as I'm going to be commuting slightly longer than normal and the 190 is a thirsty engine! I've recently been chatting with John.Wilkes on here, about his destitute Gen 6 GT in Rosso Red... so I'm going to take that off his hands at the end of August and fix her up and restore her. Can't wait to get my hands dirty!
