  1. Oh stinky poop poops Baz!

I always like to start the season with at least some effort shown.

On the bright side I have also had some headlight sealant not arrive. From messages now appearing it seems both items sent but Hermes decided to wait until Bank hols to try and deliver them to an office address.

Allegedly should be here today................ oh pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze, pretty please?

other carrier ordered from aj spares arrived 28/4

  3. just wanna mention that liquid item from US sent to uk might have some problem, i have try to buy this product for headlight restoration but it got sent back as it was not pass custom s.

Agreed. Only put the ebay link up to show the product. Got mine in uk via amazon. Main distributor in uk is carpro uk. They have been shut for a few days due to relocation but should be back up and running any minute . They charge £24.

just checked on the link in OP. It no longer flags on their site that they are moving so guess move is now complete

  4. i used the meguires xnt metal polish (this has no non diminshing particles in it ) on mine the first year i used it but im going to go over them again before japday and use my new silo sealer :)

Yep that should work nicely Baz. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GTechniq-C1-5-v2-Silo-Seal-Paint-Sealant-Spray-100ml-/141865480117?hash=item2107d76fb5:g:WgoAAOSw5dNWhVCp

Their products have a good reputation.

Just went for the Carpro dlux as so many pro detailers all came back with the same product recommendation.

  5. Just a heads up guys. I am just about to do a headlight restoration and have been trawling far and wide for the best sealant, rather than just wax.
Titter ye not but I am a member of Detailing addicts and they came up with this.............

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CarPro-CQuartz-Dlux-Kit-Plastic-Rubber-AND-Wheel-Coating-30-ml-EXPEDITED-/301623179008?hash=item463a247700:g:9~QAAOSwpDdVSpRt

Don't pay this much for it though. Normally available from Carpro plus uk direct or something similar, but they are closed due to relocation.

    https://carpro.uk.com/collections/wheel-tyre-care/products/dlux

I managed to get some from amazon for £21 + £5 postage. Sorry can't put that link up as I got the last bottle. :P

10x as good as Fusso I am told by several and similarly better than wheel wax for longevity. I will report findings in due course.

    Pip pip.

  6. I have found emailing Tim @ Opie oils very fruitful. Tell him the car, its age and history, how you drive it, what your budget is and he will fix you up with the right stuff. Not race stuff for going shopping like some would

When you have found what suits you keep a regular eye on their offers and stock up in advance. Currently just snaffled some Fuchs Titan GT1 Flex for under £30.

No idea on your plugs tho.........
