As above. Take proper advice.
First of all check with DVLA who the registered keeper is. That is however not necessarily the legal owner. You need to be sure the legal owner is the same "Person" as the debtor. Then you will need to HPI them to make sure they are not owned by a finance company.
Nemo dat quod non habet is a basic rule that you can't sell what you don't own. A repossessing Landlord may have some right to sell the tenants fixtures and fittings but with regards to possible assets like these I would recommend you obtain a ccj for the money and put the bailiffs in to enforce it. You can upgrade enforcement by transferring it to High court as they have more enforcement powers.
You could try applying to DVLA on a V62 to obtain a V5 but that only says who the registered keeper is. It is not a document of title, but I wouldn't buy a car without one personally.
I deal with conveyancing work rather than litigation so these are suggestions not formal advice! Contact a specialist before doing anything but wandering in. lifting and flogging them willy nilly is errrm a bit high risk! If you sell them without checking you may end up having your collar felt for theft or Taking without consent! This is not a good thing.

Beyond my shallow pockets no doubt but I doff cap and genefluct generally at your success and ambition.
Is the standard ecu not going to mash the potential? IE is it this AND an apexi to wring out the ponies?

On the baisis nothing is happening I propose Gaz sets a more feasible challenge without delay!

The idea is good enough but all the meets are quiet at the moment. I think the management are best just ring fencing it for when the Jenny blows up or similar.

I wouldn't say that, Sherv is looking beautiful....
A camera cannot lie.................but it may deceive. I was going to learn the dark art of hdr on my canon in the summer. Would have taken hours.............
Check phone. Has a button for that. Cool! Sorted 2 seconds. Almost worth cleaning the car to try it out..................Almost.

According to Opie oils website SSYN F eco is designed specifically for ford eco engines . XTR is fully synthetic of the right grade with top quality additives. I would therefore go for the latter.
5 litres of that at opie is under £20. I usually use Titan GT1 which is another tenner but that was their recommendation. For normal road use the xtr will be fine but it is always more important to change it regularly than choose between similar oils and get the expensive one and use it until it's treacle. If I can't see through it I change it or 6k miles, whichever is sooner.

Well as I can be tempted that far by a bag of chips and some mushy peas I guess I am in, like I could say no.
I can certainly bring an official BTR collecting bucket if someone else wants to carry it but you do have to ask for money or you just stand about like a lemon. B'stard lawyers do not suffer this affliction, but 4 hours over 2 days at JAE is about enough ta. I will do training if required tho.
Cars that have travelled less then 200 miles are of course excluded from show and shine for laziness.
Question. Apart from the S&S trophy this doesn't spend the money as such. We also need to think of something that will last the club for years. We have just got new pogoda marquee things , we have a Jenny hmmmmmmmmmmmmm still thinking.

If you are not familiar with Dean's story please look in the Club Chat forum "Back in hospital" thread. As a parting gesture and typical of the man he has left the club a legacy of £1000 towards equipment, events or possibly otherwise. The money has of course come via the lovely Helen to whom I am sure The Management will defer before using it but that is the question. How can we make the very best use of this money? Suggestions please. Get creative!

Good luck to CCelt with his / her lights. One of mine has also blown. The stock bulbs are useless for seeing where you are going. I have some which are a bit better. Has anyone a link to a really bright set please, that fit?

If you do try changing tyres avoid Pirelli for the same reason
Kumhos or Falkens for mid range Eagle F1 asymmetric3s or Rainsports for premium are the most popular choices.

Yes Amit but we all have our budgets. If I was going to Track BB more than once I may splurge £150 but for road use the Avensis set up with Mintex is a bit better than stock callipers with similar pads.
What I would like to know is the cost of the Ferodo FSL & FDB pads and peoples experiences with them or better still independent test results.

You can get day insurance for when you want to test drive a privately owned car, I have done that in the past if I wanted to drive one. Obviously if you are buying from a garage you are normally covered by the garages insurance. I personally would want proof that they are insured to drive the car and have cover for any damage they happened to do to it, if they had an accident.
Technically I can't argue that with a valuable car but most of my sales have been little better than Dublet's IE shed like.
Now if I was selling BB I would be as fussy as a Dad on daughters Prom night!

As said above sadly a lot of insurance companies no longer give fully comp drivers third party on other vehicles, just something else to catch people out on now a days. Take them out first let them go out if you are happy with you in the passenger seat, but make sure you are in the seat before they are behind the wheel.
And your neurology lesson for the day:
Always use your instincts if you don't trust them don't let them drive it, that sixth sense we have from time to time is actually your subconscious telling you something is wrong as it takes everything in unlike our conscious brain.
I agree. I have sold dozens over the years and never had a problem. If I thought they were serious I drove first to let them listen for noises, look for smoke etc Then I would go through haggle phase. If we weren't agreed on price then no drive. If they got to drive I just said three rules,
Please observe speed limits, please check mirror before testing brakes, bend it and you buy it (having checked they had a decent deposit)

Cars should be subject to MOT test
Drives should be subject to IQ test

Interesting that you are coming OFF wilwoods. May I ask why?
The Avensis set up IS an improvement on oem but still hardly inspiring.

Id imagine they will wait until the celica name has a significant cult following so that when it is released it has some impact.
I reckon the supra name is at that point now so reckon they will release the talked about BMW/Toyota as a supra, celica is probably another 5-10 years away
Maybe yes, maybe rose tinted spectacles. I remember the early ones as a bit angular, the later ones as fat auto's. Known as great white whales in the trade. Sports cars should be light and manual. Each generation should show advancement, which is why the Celica ended with the 190
Otherwise you end up completely f.king up a classic like the MGB, leather interior to vinyl to deckchair material, chrome bumpers to WTF were those USA regulation monstrosities stuck on the front? Recycled dustbins ffs???

With apologies to the religiously sensitive the Celica has had more reported 2nd comings than Jesus.................

You were doing all that but didn't upgrade to Avensis at the same time? Curious why not G?
Not exactly in post, more in van, but man with van popping a fresh pair of Eagle F1s on the front right now.
Lovely jubbly.
