[What came in the Post Today?]

Got these delivered the other day, they were an impulse by. New and un-used, just had tires fitted then removed, then the bloke started breaking his evo 4, Rota GTR 18" by 9.5J ET12 for the Evo. but think they may be waaaaaaaay to much of an offset and not fit on my Evo 8. So might have to sell them on and get ET30. either way they look awesome, i really hope a bit of arch rolling and pulling the arches and i can squeeze them onto the evo!

I used dental floss to cut mine off. Then I got as much of the double sided tape of as I could with my fingers and used clay bar to clean the rest off.

I thought I was being clever swapping my better tyres to the front. Better grip out of roundabouts, fronts do most of the banking, etc. All was going well until it rained and the fronts kept their grip but the rears didn't.

I admit, it was fun the first time, second time it started getting boring and it didn't take long before I swapped them back so I could actually drive in the wet. It rains a fair amount in Scotland!

Got the smoked side repeaters, three minutes of work to fit them.

I use Halfords pre paint wipes. Can't remember their proper name but I'll send you a pic of them in a couple of minutes.

I reckon Autopaint in Thornton would have them cheaper though.

Japanese dealers are cool, I've just ordered inner wing panels for a 1994 FTO from mitsi. Sorry Bill, but they'll take about a week! I can live with that.

That's the main reason I stayed Jap when I got a replacement for the FTO
